**Workout is performed like the song 12 days of Christmas for Rx.

***We will be modifying the weights, movements, and layout of the workout for most people.

    Grace, Brooke, Lydia, Brandon and Aaron did this workout on Thanksgiving. It took us between 44 minutes and 65 minutes. So we will be modifying it for most people.
