April 25-April 30 will be “Bring a Buddy” week. We will have some partner/team WODs programmed to help make it a fun atmosphere. During this week you will be able to bring a friend with you to each class you attend. We can’t wait to see the new faces. If you have any questions please post below.

2. HSPU Skill/Stamina
Every :30 for 10 minutes complete: 1 Strict HSPU + 2 Kipping HSPU
