How to Choose the Right Travel Workout
Pick a workout based on the equipment, time and space you have available. You don’t need to choose the hardest option.
Before starting:
- Take a few minutes to warm up.
- Check that your workout space is safe.
- Make sure chairs, benches and other surfaces are stable.
- Modify movements around any pain or physical limitations.
- Reduce repetitions or workout duration when needed.
- Stop if something doesn’t feel right.
If you recently completed a difficult workout at CrossFit Eclipse, choose something that complements your training rather than repeating the same movement pattern at high volume.
