Classes combine games, challenges and age-appropriate workouts led by an experienced coach. Kids learn how to move safely, work with others, overcome challenges and discover what their bodies can do.
No previous sports or fitness experience is needed. Every activity can be adjusted to fit each child’s experience and ability level.

Train While Your Child Trains
Our regular 9:30 a.m. CrossFit class happens at the same time as Youth Performance.
Parents can get their own workout in while their child participates in a separate, coach-led class. It’s an easy way for the entire family to make fitness part of the day.
