How I Got Started: Josh talked me into it, was very intimidated at start. Coaches got me through that.

Impact on Life: I look forward every day to come into gym and workout with the other folks that are also doing Crossfit. It is good for body and also for the metal it relieves a lot of stress.
Advise for starting Crossfit, Try it don’t be intimidated, do what you can as far as workouts, I go at my own pace and it has worked out well for me. I am never going to be the strongest but I am by far in a lot better shape both mentally and physically than I have been in years.
