Learning French, hiking, and singing.
How did you find/get to CrossFit Eclipse?
My husband talked me into it.

What is your favorite music to listen to while WODing?
Heavy metal( which I usually can’t tolerate, but it sounds like the way I feel in the moment)
What is your favorite WOD?
Anything with lots of running, burpees, or jump rope. (I know, I’m weird)
What is your favorite cheat Food(s)?
Chocolate of course!
What is one thing you have done at CFE that you never thought you would do?
Join the barbell club (Nate can talk me into anything!)
What motivates you through your CrossFit journey?
The feeling of being part of a great big family whenever I enter the CrossFit doors.
What results have you seen so far in coming to CFE?
Nate gave me nutrition counseling which was a game changer for me. My eating habits are healthier than ever and I have tons of energy now. I’ve also lost lots of weight and have muscles in areas I’ve never had muscles before.
Do you have any special or successful CrossFit Eclipse memories/moments?
During open gym one day, I got my feet up to the bar and was able to hang upside down from my knees like when I was a kid. I’m sure this isn’t a special CrossFit skill, but I’ve been wanting to do that for like 35 years!
What sort of life changes have you experienced because of CrossFit that you didn’t expect?
I didn’t expect the feeling of community and family that enveloped me and my husband when we joined CrossFit. The other members have been so friendly and welcoming and getting to socialize with them is my favorite part of the workouts.
What advice would you give to a newbie or someone just joining CrossFit Eclipse?
Do what you can and focus on your personal goals. Nobody cares if you can’t do certain movements yet. The other members are all rooting for you!!
Current training Goals/PRs?
My training goals are to focus on being consistent with my workouts, healthy diet, and trying to use good form.
If you could create a WOD and name it for yourself, what would it be?
Jennys Burbee Bonanza- 50 burpees, rest two minutes 50 burpees, run home.

Went to Stillwater High School and OSU, so Go Pokes! (sorry sooner fans)
