I am originally from Sioux Falls, SD but have lived in Tulsa now for 5 years. I started my coaching career at Revved Fitness teaching group training, then transitioned to personal training after that. CrossFit is a recently new journey, so I’m excited to bring an atmosphere of growth and learning into every session! A random fun fact is that my favorite restaurant in town is Mondos Ristorante Italian, because who doesn’t love carb load on a night out. My favorite hobbies are hiking with my dog, spending time out at the lake, and of course working out!
