Victoria Onaca

I started doing Crossfit 10 years ago because of a running injury – I wanted a high intensity way to work out, and my close friends suggested I give Crossfit a try. I’ve been hooked ever since!

For the majority of my Crossfitting journey, I’ve been pregnant, nursing or postpartum/recovering. I got to see firsthand that Crossfit really is for everyone – and that scaling is not for the weak, its for the disciplined.

After being a part of the community at Crossfit Eclipse for 5 years, I’m now stepping into new shoes as a coach. I am pumped to grow in my knowledge of skill, nutrition and training alongside people I already have a big heart for.

I’m an avid sewist, preschool teacher at church, and mom of 3 young kids. I’m passionate about people becoming their best selves and speaking life into them along the way!
