7:25 All Strict. 105. That was fun! Cleans were more challenging then I thought they would be.
I think the 6:30am class was in shock and awe to have the Grace MF Dresher workout with them this morning.
6:20rx+. Strick HSPUs and 155# on the cleans. Fun getting my butt handed to me by Sally while doing battle with Nick, Brooke, Chris, and the rest of the 5:30pm crew.
I was in shock too .. I think I fell asleep during the warmup.. Aaron said lay on the ground and I closed my eyes and I think I dozed off
